  1. Richard says:

Absolutely fabulous!! I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in WWI and its impact. Adem is excellent, informative guide – clearly and expert in the field.
Five star experience – thank you.

  2. Pauline says:

We are from New Zealand and we found the tour was everything we could have wanted. Our guide Baris was very good and full of knowledge. He also adapted the tour to meet the nationalities that were on the bus. We found it difficult to find the tour office in the morning at the start of the trip, so give yourself plenty of time to get to the office. It is a long day so be prepared. But it is worth it.

  3. Katherine says:

A day trip that was very interesting, good english speaking guide and lots of very touching war sites. Even the weather was very beatiful. We travelled in a van, 4 people, very comfortable and the whole day was very impressive and can be recommended to all that are interested in historical events.

  4. Beth says:

Quite a bit to cover in one day. But if that’s all you have it was an excellent tour hitting all the major spots. The cemeteries were absolutely beautiful and a must see! We were gone about 18 hours but a great tour guide and very comfortable bus.

    To whom it may concern,

I was enquiring in regards to the day trips you run to Gallipoli.
Do you offer the tour where we can be picked up from our hotel and then dropped at the airport (Sabiha Gökçen) at the end of the tour. We would also have to. Ring our luggage with us.

If this is possible can you please tell me the price and what time we would be dropped at the airport. We would like to go on the 26th of September.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    3. The tour operator even went to great lengths to try and get us to our hotel which was quite a way away.

It took a couple of hours drive but we finally arrived at the Gallipoli. After that, we drove to the Anzac Cove but there was so much rain. I thought the tour was excellent really, lots of info, guide was very knowledgeable and I’d recommend it to anyone thinking of taking it.

  78. Donna says:

This tour was great. Our tour guide Baris was interesting, informative, funny, and energetic the perfect guide. He left no question unanswered, even emailing several answers the day after our tour, when there was no obligation on his part. Although there were so many, many people in the Istanbul. it was the experience of a lifetime. So much history and so happy to see the historical places that we always heard and read about. It was something I will never forget. History was at my grasp and sight.

  79. ROSALIE says:

Hi my name is Rosalie. Was a excellent trip. Our guide Baris was very learned and knew his subject well. He made the entire trip a very enjoyable and informative experience. I would highly recommend this trip. Very good value for money.

  80. Nancy says:

Wonderful!! Baris, our tour guide, was very informative; Suleyman, our bus driver, was careful yet arrived at all our destinations on time. The local tour guide was great – they highlighted the main attractions of Gallipoli.
We spent a lot of time on the bus, traveling between Istanbul and Gallipoli, but the scenery was beautiful and Can gave us historical and regional information as we drove by.
One thing I’d like to suggest is that travelers be given a list of attractions in Canakkale city centre that are not included in the Gallipoli tour (i.e. museums, basilicas, historical buildings in Canakkale). We did our own research and knew what spots we would visit on our own.
Overall, I highly recommend this trip. From beginning to end, we were delighted with the service!!

  81. Barbara says:

Hello. This was a historical tour, just what we wanted to cover the major and prominent sites of Gallipoli. Just the right length of time to not lose the interest of us. Our guide Baris was excellent and very informative.

We were pleasantly surprised to learn this tour entailed more than we expected. We visited a few other Turkish sites in same time visited the Anzac areas, which were very interesting and informative. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and really kept a nice pace throughout the afternoon. We learned a lot, and found ourselves eager to do another tour.

Overall, taking the time to see the Gallipoli is a MUST, especially with a guide. The insight and stories from our guide really enhanced the visit and made it more meaningful than if my wife and I just visited the Battlefields alone. It truly is breathtaking.

The best tour in Turkey for Gallipoli. Baris, our guide was great. Gave us such a history of the ww1 in Battlefields. He knew so much about the history and was able to answer all our questions. We had a wonderful tour and would highly recommend do in the autumn months because it was very hot and windy.

Our hotel pickup was on time and after been taking to a central trip changeover point we were on our way for the historical tour based on the Gallipoli Peninsula.

We received good information on each spot as we passed. The Kabatepe Museum visit was very good even allowing for all the other people there at the same time. Gallipoli is an exceptional place and needs several days to do it justice. Our guide Baris was a perfect tour guide.
